> **Pros**: Very easy to use for the office staff and the engineers in the field.

> **Cons**: Can't think of anything to be honest, it does exactly what we need, the only thing missing was Xero integration but this has now been added.

> Great support from them when needed but after the initial setup we rarely have to contact them because everything works great and it is easy to use.
