> **Pros**: When I got Primafacie about 4-5 years ago, it was absolutley awesome.  As an immigration attorney, it helped me cut down on having to fill out a number of forms to just asking for a questionnaire and having the info merged into the form.  However, things have changed there.  Ownership has decided not to focus so much on the software and it shows.  I've had to input the same info over and over again, and when it prints out, the info is lost.  My last few cases, I've had to go back to downloading forms from uscis to make sure everything was done right.  I've had forms rejected by uscis which is unacceptable.

If that wasn't enough, I get this huge bill from them.  I thought that they were automatically taking out money each month, but for whatever reason, they weren't for almost a year.  Who does that?  I wish they get their acts together.  I've moved on to a different immigration software, but it's really sad for me to leave prima because they had something great once and lost their focus.
