I was sold what was presented as a modern integrated telecom solution for my dental clinic, including promised CRM/database integration and advanced functionality. Unfortunately, many of the features discussed during the sales process were either never properly delivered or did not function as expected.

Over time, the overall cost became extraordinarily high once additional maintenance charges, admin fees, and separate finance lease payments were added. Between Yo Telecom charges and Propel Finance lease payments, the total monthly cost became completely disproportionate for the level of service actually received.

The most frustrating part was not just the cost, but the way the account was handled afterwards:
- maintenance charges introduced late,
- confusing billing,
- repeated arrears emails,
- and multiple complaint emails ignored for extended periods.

Only after prolonged disputes and pressure did Yo Telecom reduce the maintenance charges and offer credits, which itself suggests there were genuine issues with the way the account had been managed.

I fully accept that contracts must be honoured, but transparency and fair treatment matter. Had the true long-term costs and ongoing obligations been clearly explained to me at the outset, I would never have entered into this agreement.

Very stressful and disappointing experience overall.

> We have been using Yotelecom for a few years. It was fine to start with but when it came to end of contract, they sent sales guy who basically promised better service, more features for same monthly cost. Now the invoices are going up for no reason. Their accounts guys are not interested in knowing anything, they just chase invoices, that's it.I am taking this time to warn others not to fall in a trap with Yotel. They will make you sign long contract, they are simply interested in money.There are lots of good and honest firms out there.
