> **Pros**: Sumnotes is an application with support for all browsers and operating systems, ideal when I need to collect information, since it allows me to highlight and extract information from pdf files, which I can export and save in it to have it available from any place or team or I can simply download it on my pc.

> **Cons**: Sometimes I try to select only a part of the paragraph and generally the application selects me the whole paragraph.

> **Pros**: The fact that you can extract notes to multiple formats (Word, email, Evernote, etc.) is great. And the web-based access makes it very simple to use. No installation requirement is a huge bonus for casual users.  There's also a monthly rate available, which is great for people who need it short-term.

> **Cons**: I have yet to find something about this software tool that I don't like. Reordering notes was trickier than I assumed it would be.

> Amazingly simple to use to capture PDF document notes
