> **Pros**: As an HR practitioner, I like the insights from the dashboard coupled with the report subscription capability, raw data reports, ability to understand the balance of reasons to stay vs. leave, and vast demographic filtering capabilities.

> **Cons**: One challenge we run into is how best to update the organizational hierarchies after a reorg to enable trend analysis.  We are working with the Retensa support team to improve our process which will enable business line reporting to be more accurate and dependable.
