Instant issuance of virtual cards tied to specific vendors or projects reduces fraud risk and helps with reconciliation. Seamless connection with tools like NetSuite, and Slack reduces manual data entry and errors. Employees no longer need to use personal funds and wait for reimbursement; spending is managed up-front.

> **Cons**: Some features, like virtual cards, may have restrictions outside the U.S., limiting its utility for global teams, especially if the spend in India. Teampay’s value is most apparent in mid-size and larger companies; small teams might find the cost outweighs the benefit.
