> **Cons**: They are no longer willing to work with other payment providers instead forcing their customers to use their payment network charging extortionate rates 3.9% day light robbery. They are trying to follow the Apple formula of tying you to them.Customer loyalty function advertised for years but it's actually not there and doesn't work.

> **Cons**: When switching devices on for the start of shift the tills are regularly logged out and cannot be logged in without first contacting support due to the message "maximum device limit reached". Having a system that will reliably switch on is of the upmost importance before any features are added. I was told by support that this issue had been fixed multiple times before deciding to switch to a different system. The support staff have rejected my issues on more than one occasion stating that I have provided incorrect information, when it has in fact been correct.
