> **Pros**: I like everithing of Milldek, because this tool helped us to improve our helpdesk service. The most I like is the advantage to get control of all activities inside and outside the company. I can manage the tickets from my cellphone easily.

> **Pros**: O sistema é incrível e consegue auxiliar a gestão, ao contrário do e-mail que tinha muita margem de erro, hoje não temos mais desculpas para o famoso "Esse e-mail não chegou".&#10;O que coloca os processos em um novo patamar, através dele conseguimos metrificar os pontos de melhoria e saber os onde estão os campeões em não conformidade, conseguimos tirar da reunião da liderança o feeling e concentramos em números e o que precisa de fato receber energia para resolução.

> **Cons**: Apesar da implementação ter sido espetacular e o motivo desse contra não pesar na avaliação, tem dois pontos que precisam de muita atenção, o suporte dentro da plataforma é confuso e precisa de um domínio maior para resolução de duvidas fora do escopo, o dash também deixa a desejar, poderia ficar disponível de forma padronizada a informação de quantos chamados em aberto cada setor tem e os setores que tem mais dificuldade em cumprir o prazo da SLA.
