> **Pros**: We switched to Pixfizz from another design software about two years ago and have been very happy with the change. The integration with our existing production workflow was very easy. The Pixfizz team was more engaged and responsive than almost anyone we've dealt with in the past. Customers have been happy with the look and feel of the design tool and have picked it up well.

> **Cons**: We had a pretty large catalog and the initial setup took awhile to get all of the products in there. It was fairly manual labor to transfer everything over. That's likely going to be the case anytime you switch ordering platforms, but it was the least enjoyable part of the new system.

> **Cons**: As a user the selecting and changing of borders, colours and type styles and sizes could be easier and more global. When creating templates resizing and global setting of elements could be easier, not a great up sell solution.
