Great product for our event!

Comments: We loved using the live social wall for our event. It was a hit with our guests and the ability to post without a social media account was great for our customers that didn't have social accounts.

Pros:

We wanted a way to let participants in our live event to share their social experience and pictures with each other. Taggbox was great to allow them to do this and stay engaged through out the event.

Cons:

I found that sometimes when we highlighted posts to show more often that the algorithm seemed to override and still post what it wanted on its own.

Great product but subpar customer service

Comments: It works well. They just have poor communication and customer service.

Pros:

It works great and helps with onsite conversion

Cons:

The customer service is not great. I was double charged and the continued to charge me. I asked multiple times and it is very frustrating. Great product till you have an issue.

Amazing for integrating UGC

Comments: Very good so far

Pros:

The widgets are easy to integrate, even if you are like me and not an experienced coder. It is a simple copy and paste, and has simple instructions if you get stuck.

Cons:

Not many widgets included in the pricing plans, although Taggbox have been proactive in offering enterprise solutions which is appreciated.

Social Walls made easy

Comments: My overall experience with Taggbox has been pretty good. They have one of the most amazing designs and customizations. The wall can be tried and then if satisfied you can do the payments. Pricing of the wall is also reasonable. Customer support is one of the strongest point. Would recommend Taggbox to everyone

Wish there was an alternate way to get facebook posts on the wall, since hashtags are not available for Facebook

Didn't expect social walls to be this easy! Pleasantly surprised...

Comments: I started with the free trial and found that it was very much user-friendly. Going ahead, even got the best customer support I could have asked for. Pricing was reasonable and all-in-all, my event was a big success.

Pros:

Beautiful themes, amazing features and (best of all) was completely worth my money.

Cons:

Wish I would have known about it before. Could have saved some money that I wasted on other tools.
