The platform is intuitive and user-friendly, which enhances the overall event experience. One of its strongest features is the networking facility, allowing participants to connect with speakers, exhibitors, and fellow attendees efficiently. However, there is still room for improvement. Multi currency is must.

> **Pros**: Zoho Backstage was extremely easy to set up and use. The user interface felt intuitive, and the platform offers a wide range of features. I found the website design tool straightforward and user-friendly, with plenty of customization options available. The white-labeled mobile app also provided a smooth and enjoyable experience for attendees. Setting up rooms was simple, and managing ticket statuses was efficient. Creating and updating the agenda was hassle-free, allowing for quick changes without needing technical assistance. Customer support was responsive and easy to reach. While we opted for the offline payment method, the online payment integrations appeared very promising.

> **Cons**: There was no option for attendees to upgrade their rooms and pay the difference, which led to room cancellations and the need for re-registrations. The user interface for the Profile menu was inconsistent between the Android and iOS apps. On the mobile app, attendee profiles appeared in a very small font, causing most people to overlook the social media links on the page. Additionally, only one custom form was available, even though multiple forms would have been helpful since we needed to collect information from participants at different stages before the event. Lastly, having a hands-on training session five days before the event would have enabled us to make better use of the product during the event itself.

A special mention to \[sensitive content hidden\]  the support manager, whose focus on delivering high-quality support really stands out — he consistently goes the extra mile to make sure things get resolved properly. Beyond support, the product offers a lot of value for money, and I particularly love the per-event billing model, which fits perfectly with how we actually run conferences. The platform is easy to use, quick to set up, and straightforward to customize to our needs. On top of that, there's a genuinely good dialog around new feature requests

> **Cons**: My main wishes are around the API and a few feature gaps. The API write capability is sometimes delayed in catching up with the platform — for example, there's currently no ability to upload a sponsor logo through the API. I'd also love the option to upload presentations before the event so attendees can view them in advance. Finally, the ability to offer master class bookings with confirmed seats and waitlist capability (ideally delivered through Zoho Bookings) would be a great addition for our use cases.

> Overall, my experience with Zoho Backstage has been very positive. It's a capable, easy-to-use event management platform backed by excellent customer support and a fair, event-based pricing model. The product covers our core needs well, and the team is responsive and open to feedback. There are a few areas around API maturity and advanced booking features I'd like to see improved, but none of these have stopped us from running successful events. I'd happily recommend it.
