> **Pros**: I like that it is very robust, has great features, and can be easily customized by the Netpresenter design team.  It also integrates with our Active Directory environment so it's easy to define content for different organizational units.

> **Cons**: I can't really say anything bad about Netpresenter.  We use the Alerts feature, wayfinding, as our desktop informational screen-saver and more.  The only down side I can think of is that RSS feeds can only show the title of the feed item - there is no way to also show the body text.  Hopefully that is in the works.

> Working with the Netpresenter team has been a great experience.  We needed to have a couple of custom screens created that would pull XML data from our class scheduling software and display it as wayfinding with directions on all our screens.  The designers were able to pull in the data, format it how we liked, and publish it to our screen.  The price was extremely reasonable for this custom work and we got the results were were looking for.

Netpresenter's sales team works attentively and with enthusiasm to understand customer requirements; they check in frequently with helpful updates and questions about how to further improve. Creating slides is simple with the customized company template and/or standard templates. Numerous options exist to target a specific or broad audience on a certain schedule/frequency. This platform delivers to a range of devices: TV screens, computer screensavers, mobile phones and more. The strength of the Netpresenter platform is supported with well-written, detailed user manuals and a very responsive and helpful tech support team.
