They are a business that can actually deliver on what they promise. Rare in this day and age\! > > **Cons**: I'm not sure I really have a con with the product. If there was one it could be the Analytics component, but that is being improved and I have no doubt that before long it will deliver exactly what we are looking for. > > Easy. At the time, I chose it because it was a cheaper product with no set up cost. The tech support person who managed set up was great. > > **Cons**: I can't get past the UI \& I much prefer other platforms I have used that deliver far more integrations. I've not needed to use the platform as I had paused some of my business activities, and where I become a detractor of this platform, rather than just someone who decided the platform wasn't for me, is in the communication from the owner. I had my contract on pause and when payments resumed, I sought to cancel my contract. I have not used the system, nor do I want to. Emails started on the 1st of April when I was saw the invoice come through and notified them to stop the payment. Payment came out, followed up three times before I got a response (the owner runs accounts it seems and was off sick). His response came through on the 9th and he essentially said fine, do you want to pay out the rest of the contract or use to the end of the year. Obviously, if you are in recruitment, it doesn't make sense to use a system for a year and then migrate. I've not used the system at all and in fact, when we change systems, we won't be setting up immediately on the new system. I've come back to him several times since then and it seems his strategy is to just ignore my emails? Big red flags. Lots of bugs, limited flexibility, basic functionality that falls short of competitor products. Worse still, the support is unhelpful, dismissive, and at times rude. > > It doesn't get much worse than this. I spent over 3 years with this product - it didn't support our applicant tracking and recruitment activities effectively.
