> **Pros**: Skillsignal is easy to use and was extremely easy to deploy to all our supers in the field as well as our subcontractors. It's an extremely vital resource to have, and makes it easy to check everyone's credentials. It has been especially useful during covid to make sure everyone fills out their questionnaire.

> **Cons**: The only issues we have had is some subcontractors not wanting to use the software. However Skillsignal has provided work arounds for this subcontractors.

> The overall experience has been great. The customer service is excellent. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] has been so helpful and always responds quickly when there is an issue or question.

Simplified life allowing workers to complete orientation on their phone rather than the team setting up time or a place to view videos. It notifies the team and worker if someones certificates are about to expire. Reports are easy to keep track of and are printable.

> **Cons**: Workers having to download application and they sometimes lack service or data. They don't have a turnstile company so it's not as simple to prepare for turnstile use.

> **Pros**: This program was purchased by the GC on our job to help track certifications and daily manpower on the jobsite.  As a site safety manager, it is very easy to introduce to our workers at orientation and help the foremen ensure compliance by printing QR codes and having them post them in their gang boxes and shanties.  This makes it easy for the workers to check-in and out of the site.

> **Cons**: It is frustrating on the back end to change someone's company designation and have them disappear from the system.  Then you have to contact the employee to confirm the change.  It should be seamless and allow management to change with without needing to bother the employees.

Our main use for this software, is to keep track of our employees' certifications, given that they are critical within the Construction Business. 
SkillSignal is very easy to navigate, for all employees inside and outside the office. 
Setting our profile up was swift, and Skillsignal administrators walk their clients through the setup process, and answer any questions you have.
