> **Pros**: There are so many pros. First being the overall response from the Event Office team when ever our company needs help. The support is great. The shear size of the program is amazing. I often joke that we probably only use 50% of the program. The great thing is there are a ton of youtube videos on the features so that you can find out about other features to use. I love the ease of use. We can train new employees in less than a day on the basics and they can start that day by inputting orders. I love that it is cloud based and can be accessed anywhere at anytime. My managers are constantly looking up information on their phones to make sure our employees have the best information possible. After reviewing many softwares available, I found Event Office to be the most complete and the support we have received with it is an added bonus. Their support is second to none.

> **Cons**: Lack of RFID for tracking inventory but I do know Event Office is talking with EasyRFID about a possible integration.
