> **Pros**: The Interlink toolset is so flexible you can achieve almost any monitoring solution required. Customer support  is second to none. Presentation layer is easy to develop with and  very flexible.   Out of the box integrations  also industry standard. 
You get virtually one to one support,  the developer/support personel actually know what the code should be doing.

> **Cons**: The upgrade path could sometimes be a little tricky but I'm sure Interlink are addressing this.  Losing the old .Net  dashboards  will be a pity.
It's possibly over-looked as it's not one of the larger companies.

> Excellent software to work with and excellent support  from all the  staff. This is a tool that actually delivers within the monitoring/alerting  arena.  If you want something new, Interlink will help you achieve it  as thats the way they work, hand-ons
