You can extract a full report of all data within the system, but cannot extract specific, targeted data. To be clear, you can input specific search criteria \& view the reports within the tool, you just cannot extract it that way. You can only extract all data within the system at once. It's relatively easy to navigate through the site and the role configurations work well for us. Most users, even those who are in Case Trac infrequently, can navigate without much difficulty or support. > > **Cons**: The tool could be more intuitive than it is although it's fairly easy to figure things out. I find the reporting capabilities and tools to be lacking in ease and robust-ness but we don't get asked for many reports so it's not an issue for us. > > Our transition from the prior provider, who was bought out by the owners of CaseTrac, was a bit clunky but support was usually readily available to work through issues.
