They even took the time to come and visit us down in Cornwall. If you have a question, you get a fast response. The initial set-up is incredibly easy with Eola. You can have an online walkthrough or you can just set up and account and figure it out as you go. It's a very easy system to use so this approach suited me. I signed up, and within minutes had Eola running. There are no ingoing or continuing costs with Eola, so when the season goes quite you're not still paying out. From the initial set up to them coming to visit us, to them continually listening to their customers, it leaves you with a warm fuzzy. It's a very quick and simple system to use. It's about as quick to log a lesson booking into Eola as it is to write it in a diary, which is all I've ever wanted from a booking system\! With Eola though customers automatically receive PARQs, terms and conditions and post-purchase instruction.
