> **Pros**: They predicted we would save about $15,000 per year in credit card fees. We are on track to do that. Their customer service is responsive and helpful.

> **Cons**: Sometimes you have to talk to a My Well rep and sometimes you have to talk to a TransNational (parent company) rep. Some features will be limited by the 3rd party software you use for integration. We use TouchPoint and had to force them to write some new code to make the payments work the way we wanted.

> Appreciate that MyWell is a nonprofit as we are.  Their cost is very good.  They have an excellent support staff.  Their help line responds within a reasonable amount of time and if they don't have the answer, they get back to you quickly.
