> **Pros**: I like how easy it is to use and how trackable it makes everything. When an incident starts, it easy to jump in to a channel created by Firehydrant, where you can keep all communications (which is all stored) and it's super easy to use afterwards when you write the post mortem.

> **Cons**: I can't think of one. It's one of those tools where you can use a bit of it or all of it. My business only uses a bit of it (we don't use the statuspages for example), so there might be areas where improvement would be good, but at my current use I wouldn't know.
