The bot makes an easy and natural sales funnel and quickly filters potential customers to the right sales channel in my organization. I replaced my Drift bot with the nmodes bot.  What's great about nmodes is it also gets smarter as our customers use it and as we train it. Plus \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and his team keep rolling out new and creative features. The latest is a chatbot newsfeed which I will implement shortly.  Mine will have custom messaging on events we will be attending. I want our potential customers who visit to not only make an appointment but to be armed with the right information and be well on the way to becoming a hot lead. The nmodes bot does this for me.
