> **Pros**: The salespitch. The website is really shiny and the secure email product looks like it is professional and very user-friendly.

> **Cons**: The fact that is only geared towards larger companies that use either MS-Exchange server of Gmail-for-business.

For me, as a single user the only way to use the product is online on the site of Zivver. That is NOT how secure email should work.

> Service desk is VERY slow responding, and in the end is not reimbursing the full year subscription you need to pay for before you can even test the product.
