Most Asset Tracking software assumes you buy parts, assemble them into other things and sell them. We don't. We have 2 categories: 1. we buy parts and consume them. 2. We buy equipment, move it around a lot, send it for maintenance, receive it back until it is scrapped. The ability to put notes into the system that are easily accessible is great\! Now that we have worked with Hector for a while we are refining our data in the program to make it work even better for us. Staff complained about Fishbowl almost every day, about Hector almost never. When we run into an issue we contact support and they answer within hours and usually they are able to tell us how to do what we are trying to do.
