> **Pros**: What I like most about AcuMax Index is its ability to accurately match candidates with the position that we are hiring for and the survey only takes 5 minutes to complete. We work closely with the consultants at AcuMax Index to create position profiles that are customized to our business and specific needs. This saves us a tremendous amount of time when reviewing applicants and also ensures that we focus on the candidates that have the most potential in being successful. Its fast, easy, and very accurate.

> **Cons**: At the moment, AcuMax Index only provides psychometric test that measure human wiring. While we find this to be a crucial step in the pre hiring assessment process - we'd like to have additional tests available. 

Update: AcuMax is currently working on cognitive behavior tests and other pre-employment tests - so we are looking forward to adding those to the mix\! Thanks for listening\!
