I received a recommendation from another old colleague of mine who had used Sales Cookie and after a brief evaluation I made the recommendation to my client to use the platform. They had a complex calculation which included the integration of data from two or three other systems via their API. Their onboarding team was great, got it implemented in short order (relative to how long others have taken) and the continued support from them were a pleasure to work with and reasonable from a cost perspective. > > **Cons**: As an accountant, I found the reporting more geared towards the Sales leadership and reps rather than the financial reporting side of things. For example, it wasn't until after we were using the platform for several months that they were able to build in a report that would easily calculate and present the commissions expense and liabilities.
