Comments: I usually send emails to business owners for contract related stuff & it's very important that those email address should be valid as it requires a lot of time to write customized emails.

Pros:

I like the overall product, like the main reason to use this was to validate my email list & i was able to do that. simplicity is also the feature i like the most.

Cons:

I have only used the trial version & so far everything is good.

Comments: Clearout makes sure we are using validated email addresses to ensure that our campaign emails don't get lost in email hell (spam filters, junk email boxes and anything else that prevents prospects from seeing our emails).

Pros:

Clearout.io is an effective tool that we use every week to clean up the emails that we get from multiple sources. This protects our domain and helps drive up our open rates and email campaign effectiveness.

Cons:

There could be better management of files with the ability to assign input and output files into different folders or groups.

Outdated platform which works 60% of the time finding decent emails

Comments: If you are patient, and willing to filter out many emails to find real prospects - then ClearOut can be the tool for you. If you need something with more than 60% accuracy, then you need to pay for more premium tools.

Pros:

I love how affordable it is compared to most email finders. They are the cheapest tool which is ISO27001 and SOC2 Type 2 certified.

Cons:

This is definitely one of the most aesthetically unattractive platforms on the market (Google their screen caps, it's much uglier than what you see here). It also has a lower accuracy rate than more expensive tools, and requires much more filtering. Lastly, it's also important to know that this company is based in India where many of the top companies are based in the US. That is likely why their prices are lower. Just something to consider.

Top Notch Verification At Better Prices

Comments: It's a sophisticated piece of software that does it's job well

Pros:

When running email marketing, verification is an essential part of my process. I've tried to cut corners on pricing before and regretted it, so I was hesitant to try out Clearout. They have way more features like Google Sheets integrations and a very friendly API PLUS the verification is just as good.

Cons:

They are rolling out so many features that they sometimes come out half baked. However, support is pretty quick to resolve things and the problems always get fixed. Let's call it growing pains

Comments: It has been amazing experience so far both in terms of using the product as well as customer service. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is always quick in responses.

Pros:

The UX / UI is clean and easy to use. I like the pie charts that come up showing the breakdown between delivered, undelivered and other kind of parameters.

Cons:

I wish to see that when email verification does not go through successfully, I should get more detailed reason so I can ask recipient to do the fix from their incoming email server settings.

Its completely interchangeable for bulk checks. The form validation doesn't work.

Comments: The bulk email tools in the app work fine, but aren't anything special. The validator for forms took a little work to install because they give you several different code options to use. Thankfully, someone from support got on a call to help me. Unfortunately, the form tool doesn't work.

Pros:

I don't like anything about it. The main feature we purchased it for doesn't work. We wanted a way to check emails on HubSpot form submissions. We setup the code and installed, but it doesn't catch any bad emails even obvious typos.

Cons:

See above. If you need a bulk email checker, then this will do the trick but there are other options that are equally as good. For the form submissions, it doesn't do as advertised, so its a waste of money.

It's one of many, but was on sale

Comments: We needed to clean up a list of several thousand before sending to protect our sender's reputation and it did the trick. Both for cold outreach and reactivating an old email subscriber list. Clearout also has a convenient tool for email lookup which came up with usable results which are comparable to those of Hunter.io or similar services.

Pros:

It lives up to the promise. There was at most a single hard bounce I received from thousands of emails verified and even that was likely due to my sender's reputation.

Cons:

I'm not if it's the best choice if you don't get it at a discounted price like we did. Other than that - nothing. It's a simple tool.

Clearout keeps my list clean without extra hassle

Pros:

It's easy to use and integrates well so I kinda forget I'm even using it. Cleaning is efficient and precise.

Cons:

Everything works well and it does what it's supposed to do.

Stop Paying for Non-Working Leads

Comments: Clearout really helps to reduce the bounce rate and help save some marketing expense.

Pros:

By helping users cleaning out non-working email address from their marketing list, Clearout will reduce the marketing expense. You can validate email addresses in bulk.

Cons:

At the moment of writing, it only has limited integrations with email list providers. If you use unsupported providers, you need to manually export the lists and import them to Clearout. An unnecessary additional step.

Highly accurate at best pricing

Comments: Clearout has saved a lot of money providing the highest possible accurate results. It has reduced the bounce rate to a very negligible amount. The fresher the results are used for the campaign, the chance of hitting the user inbox is always highest. The time taken for the result generation is also less when compared to other tools in the market and the notifications that arrive at the inbox is very helpful.

Pros:

The accuracy, pricing and the ease of using the tool.

Cons:

Mailchimp integration missing. Understand they are new in the market and when checked with the support, got to know that it will be available shortly. Worth waiting!

Works well!

Comments: It works well for verifying the email addresses as well as finding email addresses of prospects

Pros:

Bulk checking email addresses is the feature we use most, it is nice that you can paste or upload a file

The Catch - all label is a bit confusing and unclear

Pros:

It does what it says on the label. I’ve used a lot of email verification tools... some are too lenient and others are too heavy handed. Clearout is one of the most accurate tools I’ve tried, with clear classifications and not too much grey area.

Cons:

None of these tools are perfect. But I find Clearout to be very good.

Comments: As I mentioned earlier Clearout fits nicely into my workflow and makes validating my emails a breeze.

Straight out of the box - it delivers on what it promises. Easy to use and connect with my other saas Clearout does a fantastic job of validating the emails I collect on my various websites. I find the interface very intuitive and have rarely needed to reach out to support. On the odd occasion that I have - the support quickly resolved my question.

Cons:

There isn't much to dislike about the software - it does what it says it does very well.

We needed a service to update our phone number format and get timezones and we were able to get both with Clearout at a reasonable price

Great Program for Email Cleaning

Pros:

This program is quick and easy to use when transferring email contact lists from one company to another. It will help clean out the lists so that any obsolete or expired emails are taken out. Easy to use and not too expensive.

Cons:

There wasn't much that I could say I didn't like about this program. I've used a few others and so far, clearout has the best options and interface.

Takes a while to clean big list, but what do you expect? I clean anywhere to 10,000-100,000 emails in a month.
