> **Pros**: The insight provided by Macorva and their 360 degree survey was amazing. The software team was incredibly helpful.  Not only were they immediately responsive and made the setup easy, but they were helpful in guiding discussions before and after the surveys.

> We utilized Macorva for 360 degree surveys of our employees.  It provided amazing insight beyond what I (CEO) and managers can see when reviewing people.  The survey software enable us to see each person's coworkers experience on a daily basis.  Because everyone is able to rate EVERYONE, we are able to distill their true influence on the business.  We are a new customer of theirs and plan to continue to use them indefinitely.  The side effect to the information that leadership gains is that the employees should feel more empowered and accountable to each other.
