They talked a big game, but once we signed up, it became clear that this company is a complete disaster. They are unresponsive, unorganized, and full of empty promises. Despite complaining multiple times, they reassured us they would follow through—only for things to get worse. With constant staff changes, canceled training appointments, and excuses, it's been three months, and we still don't have the software we paid for\! To make matters worse, they charged us before the 30-day mark, even though we had already decided to terminate the contract. Without our permission, they withdrew the full amount from our Visa, claiming they didn’t need our consent\! We gave them multiple chances to make things right, but they are nothing short of scammers. I regret signing up with Boomerang FX. The pricing is far higher than what’s actually delivered, and several promises made during the sales process turned out to be false. Specifically, I was told that outgoing text messages to my patients would show my business phone number. This was never possible on their system — a fact they would have known when they told me. The bigger issue is their contract renewal practice. I was locked into a 12-mont term, which I understood going in. But when I repeatedly told their staff — every time we spoke — that I wanted to end service at the 12-month mark, no one ever told me I needed to submit that request in writing 90 days in advance. Instead, my service auto-renewed without my consent, and I was then told I was bound by a written-notice clause that was never disclosed to me verbally, despite multiple conversations where my intent to cancel was crystal clear. When I asked to see the specific contract language, no one would provide it to me. If you’re considering Boomerang FX, ask direct, specific questions about cancellation requirements in writing before you sign anything, and get everything confirmed in writing yourself — because verbal assurances from their staff do not match what they’ll later hold you to. Unless you have $48,000 to throw away in a 12 month period I would not use them. There are many other things too, but I don't want to make this too long. Please beware\! They also shut down the ability to make Google reviews because their Google reviews were so bad.
