> **Pros**: Lt does exactly what it sets out to do and does so without very much prior knowledge of e-learning tools. The interactive content which comes with it is very versatile for physiology and medical education and can be customised to suit all levels of higher education. It allows us to provide formative and summative feedback as well as giving out students a versatile and familiar environment to undertake their practical classes and assessments.

> **Cons**: This is a new tool... therefore there are always things can be improved. However the customer support team and excellent and the development team genuinely interested in making this the best software solution to all educators. Therefore if something is missing, just ask for it and if it's a sensible function it will more than likely eventually appear in the engine. I just wish this was around earlier\!

> **Pros**: Lt is an incredibly powerful and flexible platform that can be used for a huge array of synchronous and asynchronous learning activities. We love the simple authoring interface and students especially love using this in their undergraduate pharmacology laboratories. 

Lt is super reliable. We have never had any instances of server outages or other interruptions.

> **Cons**: There isn't a lot that this can't do but enabling remote collaboration in a lesson would be a great feature.
> 
> My personal experience has been very positive. We teach large cohorts of student and not only does Lt help facilitate the logistics of delivering high quality laboratory classes en masse, it makes it enjoyable and rewarding for staff and students.

> **Pros**: The inclusion of real patients. The interactivity for students. The use of editing mixing original lecturers with Lt bank of courses. It allows lecturer total freedom to design and deliver high quality lecturers and practical sessions using Powerlab.  The final delivery is only limited by the lecturers imagination

> **Cons**: The content is top quality. There are still some items that could be included from an administrator point as we have 4 campuses and approx 2500 licences
> 
> Initially a learning curve with the editing but compared to LabTutor it is a whole new experience. I find Lt addictive and always wanting to try new ideas. Thank you
