Most other CMMS programs that I have used over the last 20 years and reviewed as part of this process were much more expensive. Like the cannabis industry, OpenWrench seemed like a burgeoning business that was trying to get their legs under them. We combined efforts in our growth and maturity in both lines of work and have teamed up to create a very special CMMS that can fit the smallest to the largest organization. > > **Cons**: There were a handful of items initially that we didn't necessarily like, but working with their support team to customize a solution for WHAT WE NEEDED vs WHAT MOST OTHER COMPANIES WANT TO FORCE FEED YOU was a complete surprise. One thing that comes to mind was reporting and that I couldn't pull reports as I needed them.
