> **Pros**: Integration with Hubspot, Slack, and Uberconference makes Arrangr more versatile than other meeting schedulers. It's very easy to use. Friendly interface. Automatically syncs up with my calendar. I can use Zoom, Skype, and GoToMeeting with it. There is a nice feature called Spotfinder that makes it easy to find a mutually agreeable place to meet outside the office. Group polling is intuitive. It works well on my iPhone.  The free version is pretty robust. The paid version is about the same as a trip to Starbucks for coffee. They have smoothed over some of the problems with other apps like Calendly that make them dicey to use.

> We are an executive recruiting company and conduct a lot of meetings with job candidates, clients, and potential clients. It makes setting up and tracking our meetings easy. Overall, I would give it an A. I would grade it higher but we haven't really used the Group Polling feature more than once, so not sure about it yet. The first experience was flawless though.

> **Pros**: It makes it really easy to find times to meet with folks. It's been especially helpful for scheduling interviews and customer discovery conversations, and takes away a lot of the pain associated with trying to find a time.

> **Cons**: No real cons to speak of, as long as they keep the software simple to use and convenient.
