Possibly the best support desk i've come across for responses and assistance. Started using this in 2023 and wished we had joined up with Detrack sooner. > > We went from a paper based pod system to Detrack. This reduced the amount of time spent on scanning pods and shredding after scanning. That in itself is worth the monthly fee. We only use the basic pod system but there are additonal services that would be useful to other companies. Having the customer getting an email to allow them track the progress is great.
