The implementation was easy and quick. And, the Fulcrum team are super dynamic. Anything that wasn't perfect 6 months ago has been fixed or addressed. I love the fact that when there is something awkward or "less than idea" for us, they want to hear about it. The have a single point of contact when there is a question. We're 2 years in and they still reach out zoom meeting from time to time to make sure we're using any new features or have any question/concerns.
