> **Pros**: Visibility has certainly been improved, allowing us to better perform root cause analysis beyond the basic troubleshooting we did before.

> **Cons**: Their cloud/ephemeral service really needs to be improved (including the documentation for it), better, clearer and easier configurability will be key to driving this service forwards.

> Our experience with FusionReactor has certainly been on the positive side, it has allowed us more detail of what is going on inside the JVM we run in. They have also been relatively prompt in resolving issues we have come across.
