> **Pros**: First of all, their customer service is great\! I am not really a computer person, so they helped me setup my account and got it started very fast. They are very responsive too. 
Second, since I am a people person and I care about my customers a lot. The fact that I can chat with my customers anywhere using their app and try to fix any problems that my customers have, means a lot to me.
Smiley also sends birthday coupons, loyalty coupons, lost customer coupons automatically to bring back customers. It is a great marketing tool for me.

> **Pros**: What I like the most are feedback request, messaging, and digitalizing sign-in form that Smiley provides. By sending feedback request automatically to my customer, I get immediate feedbacks, which allows me to deal with unhappy customers before she/he puts the comment on Yelp or Google.  Messaging feature enables me to communicate with customer directly via text.  I can also send personal coupons to customers right from the inbox in Smiley. My business requires customers to sign forms. Smiley helps us digitalize the whole process and save us time tremendously.
