> **Pros**: The number one thing was the streamlined integration with Salesforce which, frankly, made our staff much more likely to actually use Salesforce and not find another work around.

> **Cons**: This is not a cheap product, which was ultimately why we gave up using it. I think if we had more time to learn all the different functions, we could have made a case that it isn't a single use case product, but we started using it during our busiest season and we were building the airplane why we flew, so to speak.

We love how seamlessly it is integrated with our Salesforce instance - we have everything we need in one place. Their support team as very attentive and helpful - they are always there when you need help. Finally, they constantly improve the product with new updates and features based on the feedback and help you set all them up too\!

Their knowledge articles are easy to follow and they are very detailed in case you have need a quick answer on how to set or update something within the tool.

-Provides great clean data for reports to management to make data driven decisions, increasing organizational alignment, particularly between Sales and Product/Engineering

> **Cons**: The out of the box dashboards specifically for Lightning needed a little tweaking, but their professional services team took care of that for us. Wouldn't have even brought it up if you weren't required to put an answer in here.
