The platform offers good value for money and is ideal for small to medium-sized enterprises. The customer service is also excellent; there is always a Jobtoolz colleague ready to help you with technical issues or any other questions.

> **Cons**: There are still a few areas for improvement that could further increase the added value of the tool. For example, it would be very useful if CVs were automatically screened for criteria such as degree and years of work experience, so that candidates could also be filtered based on these aspects. At the moment, this still has to be done manually, which is very time-consuming and therefore not something we do.
