After the free trial there were charges that I did not understand. I reached out to customer service and received a response that was unclear and frustrating. When I responded explaining that it didn’t make sense, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] jumped in to explain the billing thoroughly. I was unclear that each user cost an additional amount. Once that was explained I was able to make the proper decision for my business needs. Anytime I have a concern I receive a prompt response from customer service. My number was disconnected due to a change in my card that I forgot to update with Officetree, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] was able to get my number reconnected in the middle of the night within a few hours of my inquiry. > > **Cons**: I would suggest that the billing be explained prior to being billed to prevent confusion. They did respond but it was because they required for me to inform them specifically on what I didn't like. I responded that I didn't like the service and to cancel. That's when I get a notification that my bank account has been charged $50.00. No answer on their phone number so I put in another ticket and this is their response, "Hi. We understand you inquired about the $50 you paid for service credits with Officetree. That was a nonrefundable payment you made at the time of your order, as stated on the page where you entered your credit card number. Your order did not have any "trial" -- which we don't offer with our telephone service because we incur costs when we immediately purchase a number for a customer. We do, however, offer a guarantee to ensure that technically the number will work for your purposes. Even that requires you work with our technical team at least once to try to resolve any issue you are having, which did not occur in your case. Please understand your ordered a service from us which was provided. We cannot just "return" a service and we also have no record of any technical issues. Your service credit purchase can still be used for other Officetree servics. We offer 5 software applications to which you may subscribe with your same username. We hope this addresses your question.
