> **Pros**: If anything, at least it provided a helpdesk platform. It could take tickets and let you work on them - and it integrated with AD, so that was good. Also, I have to say, the support team were friendly.
> 
> **Cons**: It was awful. This is clearly a hugely-dated piece of software. The UI is terrible. The form design is abysmal. It's asset management was incomplete. Its templates were hideous to work with, and its escalation/automation seemed broken.

> I have no idea why the company I used to work - where I encountered this software - actually chose to use it and spent money on it. It's not very good, not well-featured, and is so dated. It's like it was written in the early 2000's and simply maintained since.
