> **Pros**: We've been a TriNet customer for 4 months so far, and I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or enemies. While our customer service rep has been very helpful, I have yet to successfully onboard a new employee (0 out of 5 so far) without a problem that requires reaching out to customer support.

Problems that I've reported when we first joined and have followed up on regularly have never been addressed. The single worst part of TriNet is its website, and it is also what you, as a customer, will interact with most frequently. It will throw errors, lose your entered information, refuse to load, and make your life miserable. Even something as simple as entering a new employee will take hours and require back and forth with customer support to figure out why the SSN you entered was replaced by a system-generated dummy one and is preventing your new employee from logging in.

> Overall good.  Here's another example. Several months ago I began experiencing issues connecting to their I-9 certification service. I reported the issue which was related to weak encryption (and a Chrome update that refused to connect to the insecure server.) Nothing was done. A month went by and an update to Firefox prevented it from connecting as well. I escalated the issue, but nothing was done. It's been three months now and there's no ETA on the fix.

> **Cons**: Customer support response times could sometimes be slower than expected, especially for more complex issues. The platform can also be a bit difficult to navigate at times, and certain reports or features require more steps than necessary.

> Overall, my experience with TriNet was positive. It is a solid HR and payroll solution that offers a comprehensive set of tools for managing employees, payroll, benefits, and compliance. While there are opportunities to improve customer support responsiveness and streamline the user interface, the platform performed reliably and met our business needs.

> **Pros**: I started using TriNet when they acquired Zenefits, so we were using a specific version (HCM) that I really loved. I enjoyed the simplicity of the product, I thought it was very user-friendly for both admins and employees, it was easy to set up, inexpensive, and made onboarding, payroll, and benefits a breeze.
> 
> **Cons**: TriNet stopped supporting the Zenefits product and some features started losing functionality (ie: no more integration with background check partner). They then required our account move to a new version and pricing structure. We used TriNet for nearly 6 years and if not for that change, we would have stayed with them indefinitely if it weren't for these changes.

> **Cons**: Where to start - the overall experience has been awful. Inconsistent messages, representatives (we haven't had one consistent rep since joining), process and pricing inconsistencies.  The overall customer experience the awful.

> Perhaps the worst customer experience possible. The disconnect between what sales offers / promises and reality is significant. If I were an executive at TriNet, I would be concerned about retention and brand reputation. I will not recommend TriNet to anyone.
