Smart, super simple and innovative. It allows you to increase the engagement with your Customers, even in a delicate moment like the one we are experiencing due to Covid19.
The OCR system for images recognition works perfectly and the fact that the platform can be integrated via API with any CRM software, makes the user experience more complete.

> **Pros**: The product is based on a simple yet powerful idea: when a consumer buys something she just needs to open the app and frame the ticket, and she is allowed to play a virtual scratch\&win game with prizes offered both by the seller and/or the software vendor. The game is quick and easy to play, and the user interface is appealing.
Talking about the server side, although there are lots of available configuration options the setup of a campaign is a straightforward process thanks to the proactivity of the customer service; and the powerful technology under the hood gives a high level of security and reliability

> **Cons**: The next step may be reaching a higher level of integration with the sellers' point-of-sale systems, so that the consumer/user would not need to phisically handle the ticket; i believe the product has some capabilities of the kind, but i suppose it would need to be more widespread before for such a configuration to become used in practice
