Dès le départ, j'ai été très bien accompagnée sur la mise en place et l'utilisation de Timetonic avec une équipe à l'écoute et disponible.
L'interface est très agréable. Le côté "sur mesure" est idéal pour s'adapter à toutes les activités et facilite la prise en main de l'outil. Timetonic offre beaucoup de possibilités.
L'utilisation via le smartphone est vraiment pratique et permet une grande réactivité dans la gestion des dossiers. 
Pour rien au monde je ne changerai d'outil de gestion et de suivi \!

> **Cons**: Il est important de se "détacher" des anciennes habitudes (excel...) pour mieux appréhender l'outil. Cela n'est pas toujours évident au départ. L'accompagnement au démarrage est important. Je ne suis pas certaines d'utiliser l'outil à 100%. De nouvelles formations intermédiaires pourraient être intéressantes, pour optimiser encore plus l'utilisation de Timetonic.

> Timetonic fait partie du quotidien de mon activité. Il me permet d'avoir un suivi efficace et assidu de mes réservations et ce même à distance.
