> My experience with SwiftCheck has been nothing short of perfect. I am finally with a company that gets me reports back FAST. Being a Recruiter is tough nowadays and background reports with our old company were taking so long that i was losing candidates. I don't have to worry about that anymore. The platform is super easy to input candidate information. The reports are also way more affordable than the last company which is a plus.

> **Pros**: The software is easy to manage when it comes to setting up a new screening and reviewing results. The customer service team is great with answering emails/calls in a timely manner and helps resolve any issues that occur.

> **Cons**: They don't have an "a la carte" system when it comes to setting up the screenings. We have to have SwiftCheck create a new package if what we need is not on our current list of packages. However, they are quick with creating the new packages so it doesn't slow down our onboarding process.

> SwiftCheck is an excellent company for background checks, drug/medical screening, etc. Their staff members are so friendly and they operate quickly. I love that we have someone specific to contact in case we need help with something. Many of their competitors  use an email alias that sends generic email responses and you also don't get the same person when you try to call for help. SwiftCheck has been the best team to work with compared to their competitors that we used in the past. They have very reasonable prices for their services as well. They cut our costs for screening new hires in half\! I highly recommend SwiftCheck to any company that is in need of background/drug/medical/etc. services.

> **Pros**: SwiftCheck offers a streamlined and easy to use platform for our employment background check/screening needs.  We were able to work with our account manager/customer service rep to tailor our messages, create various categories (by type and location) for all of our new hires.  When initiating a new screening, SwiftCheck allows us to send an email and a text message to the candidate with a link to start the background check. Our candidates have mentioned how easy it is to submit their information on their mobile devices. Our rep is very responsive and helpful.  The pricing is also very reasonable - good value for what we are getting.

> **Cons**: I wish there was a chat/IM feature to connect with the IT / support team.  We are able to email the support team but adding a chat option would provide a more dynamic/interactive experience. We have also had some issues with using Chrome but the support team sought to resolve issues quickly. I like the simplicity of the platform but for larger companies - they may need more bells and whistles.  It's enough for our company size and our hiring rate.

> Overall, we have had a great experience.  We did tons of research on various background check vendors and SwiftCheck offered the best pricing and allowed us to create customize templates for all of our screening needs. They are also very knowledgeable of current laws and ongoing updates - we have locations in multiple states so this is essential to make sure we are compliant and aware of state specific restrictions and bylaws.

I also appreciate the customer service and timely responses regarding updates on our new hire's screenings, and the ability to check status updates within Swiftcheck.

> **Cons**: Sometimes screenings that were previously selected do not appear on a new hire's list of screenings.

> My overall experience with SwiftCheck has been a very positive one. Swiftcheck allows me to spend more time on other onboarding tasks, and they automate a process that was once extremely time consuming. I believe SwiftCheck also grants our company the best value in pre-employment screening costs as well.
