> **Pros**: It has more options like apply for leave, apply for permission, employee salary details, attendance management.
Most importantly they provide a company contact list so we can communicate every employee in the company and get to know their details.
Attendance marking is a good feature it can be easily done.

> **Cons**: 1. They don't have proper user interface.
2. Have more bugs than features.
3. Don't have a mobile app.
4. Customer support is a bit lag.

> I am not fully satisfied with this. They have more features but need to handle the bug-free software.
Most importantly They need to publish a mobile app, Nowadays mobile app is the major thing in the market.
