I also like that reps can chat out of the insent platform or out of Slack. Their analytics are also very useful for measuring and evaluating conversations. I love that the product team is constantly releasing improvements (their velocity is impressive\!) and that they seriously consider and quickly implement customer feedback. Our account manager, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], has been incredibly hands on and helpful, and has kept us moving forward, answering questions and helping us get set up and successful. I appreciate how proactive he is, and how he has gotten to know and understand our business and use case. > > **Cons**: As a relatively new product, Insent is built to function for pretty straightforward use cases.
