Overall, it is an user friendly absence management system. As an employee, I am able to schedule absences from one day to several months in advance. I can choose the date(s) the absence, indicate the reason for the absence, and add notes regarding the absence. Absences are maintained accurately and serve as documentation for both the employee and HR department. I periodically use Frontline to validate my absence report from my employer. > > **Cons**: Although Frontline maintains a history of absences, you can only view the current year and past year. Recently, I was meeting with HR and wanted to print out a history of my excellent attendance but could only include data for less than two years.
