We tried to call multiple times and there phone always says automatically that they are busy. Do not use this company I believe they are not even based in the United States but in India of course. Lower service and products. The resulting template can be applied to new or existing machines going forward for the pool. Having the option to create additional machine pools allows us to have specific templates to apply to each pool. Workspot also provides different levels of VMs to allow us to have CAD level workstation and business office level VMs, and some in-between level VMs. This lets us manage the cost by identifying the processing needs for a user and assigning an appropriately sized VM for the job. > > **Cons**: The Azure vnet setup required to integrate into our network was my least favorite part of this installation. As our company works with government entities and public works, we are considered an essential business, so our offices were still open for employees; but, for those who needed to work from home, we were able to provide a solid solution for them with Workspot.
