Activate as many apps as you need, remove the ones you don't. Teamwork truly has helped us manage our team without bogging people down with tasks, alerts, or processes not relevant to their day-to-day. They have some fonts that are 12px, completed projects don't necessarily "go away" they just kind of sit there until you archive them, etc. Those are OUR complaints.
