> **Pros**: The ability to have an all-encompassing risk management program is beneficial to our organization.  Having all risk categories that our organization is facing in one, convenient package was a major selling point.  Our senior leadership and directors are pleased with how easy it is to understand the results generated from the program, along with the ease of working within the software.

> **Cons**: Since we use the Cybersecurity module, we'd like to see a solution for those institutions that use something other than the CAT.  Still, we understand that we may be the only client in this situation.

> Very positive\!  The support staff is extremely reliable and informed; they make calling with a question or problem a pleasurable experience.  They regularly introduce product enhancements, which have made a very good product even better.
