> **Cons**: Arrogantance  the fact they cut you with zero notice. To Arrogant to call customer to let them know there licensing agreement has expired l. Nightmare onboarding system

> **Pros**: Not much, haven’t had a positive experience sorry.

> **Cons**: Really poor functionality with IPhone. Scheduling crew is laborious and time consuming. 
As an employee it’s clunky and often fails to register a shift start or finish. 
You would expect a rostered shift would be the first option to logon to for the day but instead you need to enter all the details for your shift to sign on and then when you sign off you need to enter all those details again. You can’t simply sign off from the shift you’ve signed on to.

> **Pros**: The product is definitely easy to use. We found it most helpful by providing managers with their logins so they can view, track and follow up on absences. As it is cloud based, we found that the system allowed for ease of use.

> By implementing this system, our staff attendance has improved greatly. Managers have access to live data to arrange class cover and monitor staff attendance. Payroll processes have improved greatly.
